1. Automated Data Processing
Palinor processes personal data to create and digitally provide personalized educational videos based on structured data provided by medical facilities.
The following applies:
- No profiling within the meaning of GDPR takes place.
- No automated, legally relevant decisions are made.
- Processing is limited to information necessary for the education process.
2. Data Sharing and Service Providers
Your personal data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties. Exceptions:
- Contractually bound service providers (e.g. hosting, cloud providers) with whom GDPR-compliant data processing agreements exist,
- legal obligations to share data.

Cookies required for platform operation are set without consent.
3.2 Analytics and Marketing Cookies
Advertising and tracking cookies are only set with your explicit consent and can be revoked at any time.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection to the processing of your personal data.

5. Withdrawal of Consent
Consent given for data processing can be withdrawn at any time without giving reasons.
6. Storage Duration
Data is only stored as long as necessary for the purpose of education or as required by legal requirements.
7. Security
Palinor protects your data through technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access and loss.
8. Contact Form
If you write to us via the contact form on palinor.at, we process the details you provide — name, email address, your message and, optionally, practice and phone number — solely in order to answer your request. They are never passed on for advertising purposes.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to entering into a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
We use Resend (Resend Inc., USA) as a processor for sending these emails; processing takes place in the provider's EU region. The request itself is delivered to our mailbox at Google Workspace. You also receive an automatic confirmation of receipt at the address you provided.
We store your request for as long as it takes to handle it and delete it no later than 24 months after the last correspondence, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to adapt this declaration. The version currently published on our website applies.
